Socialcare 課程概述CourseDescription 本科目欲以教導學生營養與食品之基本知識出發，討論於各生命階段之營養應用，並加強多種疾病狀況之下的營養調整的原則、治療飲食的內容、醫院飲食的供應，使學生能學習到疾病預防與保健概念、並了解醫院營養工作的內容與實務。

了解各類食物所能提供之營養素。

了解人生各生命階段所需之營養調整。

對各類疾病期營養調整能有概括性認識。

認知營養與疾病之相關性與重要性。

認知醫院治療飲食的內容。

了解營養評估工作的內容。

體認營養工作於醫療團隊中之角色與功能。
