據新華社消息，商務部有關負責人6月1日在接受記者採訪時表示，中國政府在決定是否將某個實體列入「不可靠實體清單」時，會綜合考慮四方面因素：
一是該實體是否存在針對中國實體實施封鎖、斷供或其他歧視性措施的行為；二是該實體行為是否基於非商業目的，違背市場規則和契約精神；三是該實體行為是否對中國企業或相關產業造成實質損害；四是該實體行為是否對國家安全構成威脅或潛在威脅。

此外，商務部還表示，「不可靠實體清單」可調整，列入企業有申辯權。

Entities to be listed on China's proposed unreliable entity list will be given the right to argue for themselves during the probe phase, officials of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) said on Saturday.

China is launching an investigation into FedEx Corp. for the wrongful delivery of packages, the state-run Xinhua News Agency reported on Saturday.據新華社周六報導，中國正在對聯邦快遞公司錯誤遞送包裹一事展開調查。
The U.S. express delivery company violated relevant Chinese laws and industry regulations by failing to send packages to correct addresses, the report said. That seriously harmed the legitimate rights and interests of its customers, and the relevant authorities decided to initiate an investigation, according to the report.報導稱，這家美國快遞公司違反了中國相關法律和行業規定，未能將包裹遞送到正確的地址。

此外，中國方面的關稅反制措施也於6月1日起開始實施了。

根據公告，中國已於2019年6月1日起，對原產於美國約600億美元進口商品清單中的部分商品，分別實施加征25%、20%、10%的關稅。
（對之前加征5%關稅的稅目商品，仍實施加征5%的關稅。

美媒指出，中國政府調查聯邦快遞和對美國產品實施加征關稅在同一天。
