TheCompany’sultimatecontrollingshareholderisChinaMobileCommunicationsGroupCo.,Ltd.(formerlyknownasChinaMobileCommunicationsCorporation,“CMCC”),which,asof31December2020,indirectlyheldapproximately72.72%ofthetotalnumberofissuedsharesoftheCompany.Theremainingapproximately27.28%washeldbypublicinvestors.
