Now,I'vebeenlookingintothisanditseemsthateitherthedefaultBIOSversionhadsomebugsintheXMPsettingsorIhadbadluckinthesiliconlotteryandthememorycontrolleronmy5600Xcan'thandle3600MHz.IhavereceivedsuggestionstoturnonXMPandthenmanuallylowerthememoryclockto3200MHzandFCLKto1600MHzwhileretainingtheXMPtimingsettings.ItseemslikeasafebetbutI'vebeenhesitanttotryanythingyet. I'mNOTlookingtosqueezeouteverylastbitofperformanceandIknownexttonothingaboutRAMoverclockingasidefromwhatI'vereadduringthelastcoupleofdays.I'dratherhavestableRAMwithamoderateperformanceincreasethanspenddaystweakingtimings. CurrentlytheRAMclockisat2666MHz(plug'n'play).AccordingtovarioussoftwaretoolsthememoryICsareMicronRev.Bseries. Andyes,thesticksareinstalledcorrectlyintoslotsA2andB2asinstructedinthemobomanual.
