这样缩短了生产周期,节约了模具费用,产品质量好,不失为一种新型成型方法。

Description 大型增强塑料制品无模成型方法 大型增强塑料制品无模成型方法是一种新型无模成型复合材料制品的一种生产方法。

众所周知,所有的塑料制品都得靠模具成型。

对一些大规格、小批量的产品,因模具费用所占的比例很大,生产周期较长,产品造价昂贵,使用户难以接受。

所以世界上大型塑料制品的生产一直受到限制。

本发明的目的是在制造较大塑料管、杆件、箱、桶、贮罐、池槽、容器、卫生洁具类产品时用竹篾丝纤维予编织成产品坯胎,经塑化处理,不用模具,自体载塑成型产品。

将竹材去外皮和里黄,加工成厚0.5~4毫米,宽2~16毫米的篾丝、片,放入不要太稀或太浓的石灰水中浸泡24小时以上,取出漂洗干净,再用沸水蒸煮2~8小时,洗净凉干,依产品规格(减去里外塑层的壁厚),编织成型,放入烘房干燥,干燥到含水率在6%以下,浸渍或喷、涂、刷树脂稀料或单体,经50~115℃温度塑化4~12小时,取出即成产品的坯胎。

如增强热固性塑料,先在坯胎一面手糊上一二层浸胶的玻璃布待固化后,用配好的腻子,在另一面依漆工刮底方法补平缝隙,再用手糊或喷射成型。

如增强热塑性塑料,可在浸渍乙烯类树脂单体塑化坯胎上,选用糊树脂浸塑成型或热溶喷塑工艺成型。

也可在同一产品坯胎上,外面是热固性塑料,用手糊玻璃钢工艺成型。

里面浇入糊树脂,用回转成型工艺制造出复合塑料制品。

进一步降低成本,满足产品性能要求。

本发明中,篾丝编织的坯胎是一层,也可以在第一层塑化后再套编一层,层复一层,直到设计厚度,产品性能更佳。

本发明提供的竹纤维增强塑料制品无模成型方法可成型多种塑料,尤其可成型环氧树脂、改性酚醛、不饱和聚脂、呋喃树脂、乙烯类塑料及玻璃钢制品。

本发明利用竹篾丝编织成型产品后的刚性和互穿网络,既作增强材料,又作载塑坯胎,与聚合物扭聚一体。

加树脂面层后即成塑料产品,它既是材料,又是结构,又是产品。

不需要模具,无需大型成型机械,缩短了生产周期,节约了模具费用,产品的质量好,价格便宜,为开发新产品提供了最佳成型方法。

实施例一:制造一根内径为800,壁厚为12,长2000毫米的玻璃钢管。

用0.2~0.4中碱方格布,通用型不饱和聚酯树脂。

将竹材予处理后加工成厚1毫米,宽3~10毫米丝片,编织成810毫米,长2.2米的篾织圆筒,放在支架上,送烘房烘干后,涂刷二次环氧树脂涂料(第一次树脂固化后再涂第二次),第一次配方:环氧树脂6101号∶聚酰胺650号∶丙酮1∶1∶2第二次配方:1∶0.5∶1再送烘房(50~70℃)2小时,(70~90℃)六小时,固化后,推出。

在里面手工衬糊二层0.4厚玻璃钢,用触变型不饱和聚脂腻子补平外面缝隙,再双面手糊成型到设计标准,锯平二端毛边,用第二次配方环氧树脂涂刷二遍,即成上述产品。

实施例二:制造外径600毫米,壁厚8毫米,高900毫米的聚氯乙烯塑料桶。

将竹篾丝依上述加工方法编织成外径为598毫米,高1米的桶体,放到支架上进行烘房烘干。

涂刷两遍已配制好的单体,苯乙烯,顺丁烯二酸酐=1∶1等克分子的混合液,送烘房加热聚合,50~90℃八小时,聚合塑化后即为坯胎。

将坯胎放进调制好的聚氯乙烯糊树脂内,用连续浸塑工艺成型到设计标准,截去毛边,单将毛口浸塑二次,即为上述产品。

Claims(2) 1.一种大型增强塑料制品成型方法,其特征是:把竹材加工成厚0.5~4毫米,宽2~16毫米,长度不等的篾丝或蔑片,放入石灰水中浸泡,然后在沸水中蒸煮,洗净后,依产品规格编织成型,干燥处理到含水率6%以下,浸渍或喷涂、涂刷树脂稀料或单体,经50~115℃温度塑化4~12小时后,成为产品坯胎,将树脂、增强材料、添加剂配制好,用手糊、浸塑或喷涂工艺载附到坯胎上而成型产品。

2.根据权利要求1,其特征是:在大型增强塑料制品成型方法中使用的成型树脂可以是环氧树脂、呋喃树脂、改性酚醛、不饱和聚脂及乙烯类塑料,也可以是玻璃钢。
