office圖示==>excel選項==>自訂==>在『由此選擇命令』選『插入索引標籤』==>在左側欄找到『特殊符號』 把它加到『快速索引標籤』。

雖然不是放回原來的位置，但是應該可以解決你想快速使用插入符號的需求，而且應該比你用『插入』標籤的方法，在使用上會更方便吧。
