MostadvertisingfeesarecalculatedasapercentageofQualifyingRevenuesbasedonthetablesbelowandaresubjecttothelimitationsdescribedinthe“LimitationsonAdvertisingFeeRatesforCertainProducts”sectionbelow.Wealsomayofferadvertisingfeesintheformofbountiesorotherspecialoffersasdescribedinthe“SpecialOffersandPromotions”sectionbelow.“QualifyingRevenues”meanamountswereceivefromcustomers’QualifyingPurchases,excludingshipping,handling,andgift-wrappingfees,taxes,andservicecharges,andlessanyrebates,creditcardprocessingfees,returns,andbaddebt.
