Description 本实用新型涉及机械密封,是一种用于旋转轴上的机械动密封装置。

本世纪六十年代前,用于旋转轴的机械动密封基本上都是盘根、骨架式油封、端面机械密封等装置。

这些密封装置对密封面的加工质量要求较高,并且,在具有脉动压降和径向、轴向振动的工作条件下,这些密封装置就很难满足密封要求。

自六十年代初开始,随着航空航天事业的发展,首先在美国出现了旋转轴磁流体密封装置的技术构思。

上海市机械工程学会等单位主办的〈机械制造〉杂志在90年第八期上刊载了一篇“磁液密封装置”的文章,介绍了单纯的磁密封装置和通常的密封和磁液密封相组合的密封装置,主要结构是在壳体内安装有轴向充磁的环形永磁铁和由两片垫圈状的导磁极板组成的极靴,在转轴上安装套筒,构成密封迷宫,迷宫中充填磁性液体。

为减少极靴间的漏磁通量,还可在环形磁铁处安装有非磁性套筒。

这种磁液密封装置的结构比较复杂,所用的磁性流体是具有良好流动性的磁性液体,粘度小,易被冲走,更在于构件均不耐腐蚀,故不能用于液体介质或腐蚀性介质中。

所以现有的磁流体密封装置还未能在工业上广泛应用。

本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种较为实用的,特别是能在腐蚀性介质中使用的复合磁性油封,达到动密封中结构简单而密封效果好,承压能力强和寿命长的目的。

本实用新型的目的是这样达到的:在壳体中的一轴向充磁的环形永磁铁的两端面上各紧贴有一垫圈状的导磁极板,环形永磁铁的内径大于导磁极板的内径,并且使导磁极板的内周缘呈刀刃状、内缘与转轴保持0.05-0.5毫米的径向间隙。

在本实用新型中,用橡塑材料将环形永磁铁及两导磁极板全部包裹而形成一包裹层,使位于两导磁极板的内缘处形成两封严齿,在两导磁极板之端面外侧也各构成一弹性封严齿,四个封严齿间构成三个环形贮槽,其中充填满磁性密封胶,封严齿之齿顶与转轴以动配合形式结合。

上述磁性密封胶由50-500目的铁磁性颗粒粉末材料和粘性介质混合而成。

铁磁性颗粒粉末如铁粉、镍粉、四氧化三铁或锰性铁氧体粉,粘性介质如二硫化钼润滑脂、硅油或氟脂等。

为保证铁磁性颗粒粉末不被腐蚀,可于其外表包覆一层树脂保护层。

如上所述的复合磁性油封,其轴向充磁的环形永磁铁的磁力线经两端导磁极板密集地穿过很小的径向间隙与导磁转轴构成磁路,而环形贮槽中的磁性密封介质在磁场作用下即聚集在导磁极板的封严齿处形成“O”形密封圈,具有较高的密封性和可靠性,而两导磁极板端面外侧的两弹性封严齿除有密封作用外还保护了磁性密封胶不向外漏泄。

由上可见本实用新型的优点是,由环形永磁铁和导磁极板作骨架,外表是具有防腐蚀作用的包裹层,故其刚性好,耐冲击,特别适用于腐蚀介质;磁性密封介质在磁场作用下在油封的二个封严齿处能自行形成密封效果较好的“O”形密封圈,且位于外侧的弹性封严齿有保护密封介质不易被冲走的作用,因此该油封在液体或气体介质中使用时可靠性高;此外,因磁性密封介质在磁场作用下能补偿封严齿的磨损,且有润滑、散热作用,故其寿命比一般油封长得多。

下面结合附图所示实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。

由图见,环形永磁铁1的两端面上各紧贴有一垫圈状的导磁极板2,导磁极板2的外径与环形永磁铁1的外径相等,其内径比永磁铁1的内径要小,并使导磁极板2的内缘呈刀刃状,且与转轴4的外圆保持约0.25毫米的径向间隙。

以如此结构结合成一体的环形永磁铁1和导磁极板2作骨架,用橡胶包覆形成一包裹层3,使包裹层3的外径与壳体5的内孔紧配合、包裹层3的最小内径与转轴4动配合,在两导磁极板2的内缘处形成两只封严齿6、导磁极板2外侧的橡胶包裹层3也各形成一弹性封严齿7,包裹层3内圈上四只封严齿构成三个环形贮槽8,其中充填满磁性密封个质9。

本实施例中所用的磁性密封介质9是一种用50目包覆树脂防腐层的锰性铁氧体粉与氟脂混合而成。

Claims(3) 1.一种复合磁性油封,在壳体中的一轴向充磁的环形永磁铁1两端面上各贴有一垫圈状的导磁极板2,环形永磁铁1的内径大于导磁极板2的内径,并且使导磁极板2的内周缘呈刀刃状、内缘与转轴4保持0.05-0.5毫米径向间隙,其特征在于:用橡塑材料将环形永磁铁1及两导磁极板2全部包裹住形成包裹层3,使位于两导磁极板2的内缘处形成两封严齿6、在两导磁极板2端面外侧也各构成一弹性封严齿7,四个封严齿6、7间构成三个环形槽8,其中充填满磁性密封胶9,封严齿6、7之齿顶与转轴4动配合。

2.根据权利要求1所述复合磁性油封,其特征是所说的磁性密封胶9由50-500目的铁磁性颗粒粉末材料和粘性介质混合而成。

3.根据权利要求2所述复合磁性油封,其特征是所说的磁性密封胶9中的铁磁性颗粒粉末其外表包覆有树脂保护层。
